Note to Vendors:
As many of you know, Havana Reggae Fest is a charity event. It pains us when we can not deliver to our charities, knowing that children were depending on it for their education and future. Refunds will be subject to a $25 processing fee.
In light of everything, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that in the last 13 years, we have proven our loyalty and support to each of you. We have celebrated when you have diversified or expanded and lamented your losses. You are all part of our reggae family. We pray that you continue to grow, through times of prosperity and hardships.
Going forward, we will have 3 categories vendors: confections and product, information and non-profits, and of course food. Food vending space is limited and will open March 15th.

Payment Due 7 days prior to event.
Late fee of $25 applies to all payments received the week of the event and subject to space availability.
Day of event sign up not permitted.
Not refundable.
Note: Due to limited resources our site can provide power via one extension cord (110V). Please bring a generator if more is needed. Water is available via spigot. Only submit application once.
