Note to Vendors: 

In previous years we were able to provide refunds in the event of poor turnout. Unfortunately, due to certain situations we can not continue to do so.

 

As many of you know, the Reggae Fest is a charity event. It pains us when we can not deliver to our charities, knowing that children were depending on it for their education and future.

 

In light of everything, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope that in the last 12 years, we have proven our loyalty and support to each of you.  We have celebrated when you have diversified or expanded and lamented your losses. You are all part of our reggae family. We pray that you continue to grow, through times of prosperity and hardships. 

 

This year we are having confections and product vendors only. If you would like to sell food cooked on site or in truck, you may inquire about purchasing the food vending rights from the venue.

Fee | $125 

Information Stand

Fee | $75 

Payment Due 7 days prior to event.

Late fee of $25 applies to all payments received the week of  the event and subject to space availability.

Day of event sign up not permitted. 

Not refundable.

Note: Due to limited resources our site can provide power via one extension cord (110V). Please bring a generator if more is needed. Water is available via spigot. Only submit application once.
